The hot water supply in the showers can be limited and slow housekeeping may be experienced at times.

Our xmas stay was not ideal due to several negative aspects. the hot water in the shower was only available for a few minutes.

The pool was big enough for me and my family to enjoy. The view from the pool area was just breathtaking. The rooms were quite spacious and clean. the hotel is located in a strategic place, which made it easier for us to visit many attractive places around. We also had a good deal that provided us with complimentary breakfast throughout our stay.

There were so many things that we disliked about our xmas holiday here. the staff were not at all welcoming or friendly, which really ruined our overall experience.
